There are a number of complementary guarantees that we consider of paramount importance and can be contracted via the Multirisk Community insurance, as well as others that can be insured under specific products, such as:

LEGAL DEFENCE of the President, Board of Management and Administrators.
Claim against an identifiable third party concerning damages caused to the communal parts or elements of the building, its annexes and adjacent communal areas, as well as the furniture, appliances and installations owned by the community, including damages caused maliciously, provided they are not the result of failure to comply with a specific contractual relationship between the Insured and the individual responsible for the damages.

* Claim against the residents of the insured community, located at a maximum distance of 100 metres, concerning matters of right of way, light, views, distances, boundaries and party walls, and relating to the violation of legal regulations concerning smoke or gas emissions, hygiene, persistent noise and irritating, harmful or dangerous activities.
SERVICES Contracts: claim for non-performance of the following services, to which the Community of Owners is entitled or of which it is the final recipient:
- Services of repair, preservation and maintenance of the communal elements of the building, annexes and fixed installations, including the lifts;
- Services of installation and replacement of the fixed installations of the building and its annexes;
- Private surveillance and security services;
- Cleaning services;
- Services by officially qualified professionals.
INSURANCE Contracts: claim for contractual non-performance by other private Insurers and the Consorcio de Compensación de Seguros (Insurance Compensation Pool).
CLAIM against defaulting owners for NON-PAYMENT of general expenses that, in accordance with their participation quota, they are bound to pay for the adequate maintenance of the building and its annexes, services, taxes, charges and liabilities, provided they cannot be individualised.
ADVANCE PAYMENT of expenses claimed through the courts complementary to the CLAIM against owners for NON-PAYMENT of expenses.
LABOUR Contracts: guarantees the defence of the interests of the Community of Owners as defendant, related directly to a labour conflict.
DEFENSE in municipal ADMINISTRATIVE matters in the procedures carried out by the municipal authorities.
